Cancellation & No-Show Policy – Bear Creek Golf Club

We get it—sometimes plans change! Please review our policies to avoid unnecessary charges.

General Policy:

• A credit card is required for all bookings.
• Cancel 12+ hours before your tee time: No charge.
• Cancel within 12–2 hours: $25 per player.
• Cancel within 2 hours: Full green fee charged.
• No-shows or arriving with fewer players than booked: $25 per absent player.

Member-Specific Policy:

• Please cancel or adjust bookings at least 2 hours in advance.
• 1st offense: Written warning
• 2nd: $25 no-show fee
• 3rd: Loss of advanced booking privileges

Weather Note:

Golf is an outdoor sport—please arrive as scheduled unless Bear Creek declares the course unplayable. In that case, no fees apply.

Reminders:

• No-shows are automatically flagged and emailed.
• The person who booked is fully responsible for the reservation.
