Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional appearance & demeanor at all times
• Work with Event (bride) organizer before and during the event to ensure the event is organized and the staff is prepared for all events
• Complete all pre and post event check lists for all events
• Set up of all equipment needed (ie: tables, linens, etc)
• Monitor the food & beverage of Event to ensure the quality of food & timeliness of service
• Coordinate with Manager and Chef for food and beverage orders for Event
• Receive & resolve complaints from customers
• Work kitchen, bar and serving areas during events. Meetings and Christmas/Birthday/Anniversary/Retirement parties.
• Quote Event Pricing which includes menu pricing & hall rental pricing.
• Work closely with Manager to ensure communication of the events agenda is well understood.
• Organize in house events sponsored by Bear Creek Golf Club
• Work various shift in the Pro-Shop which includes checking in customers, taking T-Time bookings, serving food and beverages, and general cleaning

Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming grass on greens, fairways, tees, and roughs using various landscaping equipment.
• Maintain bunkers by raking sand, repairing edges, and removing debris to ensure optimal playing conditions.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation systems, ensuring proper watering and drainage throughout the course.
• Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, shrubs, and flowers to enhance the course’s aesthetic appeal.
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment such as mowers, tractors, utility vehicles, and hand tools, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Monitor course conditions and report any issues or hazards to the superintendent or management promptly.
• Assist with special projects, events, and tournaments as needed, providing support to ensure successful execution.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in maintenance facilities, equipment storage areas, and workspaces.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and pesticides.
• Collaborate with other grounds crew members to prioritize tasks and complete daily assignments efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the superintendent or management.

 Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related field preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of turf management practices, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques is beneficial.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and aesthetics.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by seasonal demands.

As an Ambassador, you will serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for golfers, assisting with course navigation, providing information, and promoting a positive atmosphere throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Greet golfers upon arrival and provide a warm welcome to the course.

Provide directions and guidance to various course amenities, such as the clubhouse, practice facilities, and restrooms.

Answer questions and provide information about course layout, yardages, local rules, and pace of play guidelines.

Monitor pace of play on the course and communicate with golfers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all players.

Act as a liaison between golfers and course staff, relaying feedback, concerns, and requests as needed.

Assist with special events, tournaments, and promotions, helping to coordinate activities and ensure guest satisfaction.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the golf course in a positive light.

Uphold cleanliness and organization in common areas, including parking lots, cart staging areas, and practice greens.

Promote safety awareness among golfers, emphasizing proper etiquette, cart operation, and adherence to course rules.

Participate in training sessions and meetings as required to enhance knowledge and skills.
