Learning the fundamentals of the game can be a blast at the Learning Centre in Bear Creek Golf Club. Our easy-to-follow pathway is designed to make it fun for children to learn the game. We understand that children have different learning needs, which is why we have created a curriculum that is child-friendly, engaging, and easy to grasp. Our program is designed to motivate young players to improve by offering positive incentives as they advance through different levels.

Girls Tee Off Summer Camp
New to Bear Creek Golf Course and Grande Prairie, Girls Tee Off Summer Camp is an all-girls golf camp designed to introduce girls ages 9+ to the game in a fun, welcoming, and confidence-building environment.
Over four mornings, participants will learn the basics of golf while building new skills, making new friends, and having fun on the course. Campers will work on putting, chipping, full swing, and on-course play through engaging activities, games, and instruction.
This camp is perfect for girls who are brand new to golf or those who have played before and want to continue learning in a positive and supportive setting. Our goal is to create a space where girls feel comfortable trying new things, asking questions, and building confidence both on and off the golf course.
Ages: 9+

Cancellation Policy:
Each program or age group requires a minimum of 8 participants 48 hours prior to program start date. Additional coaches will be added as numbers increase. In the unlikely event that a program or camp is cancelled by Bear Creek a full refund will be provided. Student cancellations can be made by phoning 780-538-3393. Student cancelation refunds are as follows.48 hours prior to program start = 100% refund. No refund will be given if the cancellation occurs inside of 48 hours prior to program start.
Rain, poor weather policy:
Programs are still ago in poor weather. In the event of lightning the golf course will blow the horn, instruction will stop immediately, and all participants will find shelter in the club house. Instruction will commence as soon as it is safe to do so. If it is not safe to continue an alternate day may be scheduled.
