SOMETIMES IT HAPPENS…..
We understand sometimes things come up and get in the way of a good day on the
golf course! If it should happen:
We require 12-hour notice for any member of your party who is unable to attend. If we do not receive said notice you will be assessed a cancellation penalty of $25.00 per vacant player regardless of how many holes you are playing.
ALL bookings require a credit card on file
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
Your tee time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or a missed tee time leaves a hole in the tee sheet that could have been filled by another golfer. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policies.
Cancellations 12 hours or more prior to the confirmed tee time
will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Cancellations inside 12 hours and outside of 2 hours –
there is a $25.00 per player cancellation fee
Cancellations within 2 hours of the confirmed tee time
will be responsible for the full cost of regular green fees for the booking.
Please note, golf is an outdoor sport and as such weather conditions aren’t always perfect. Guests are expected to honor their reservation in less-than-optimal conditions. If the Bear Creek Golf Club deems the course unplayable on your scheduled day of play, no fees will be charged, and deposits will be refunded.
NO SHOWS:
A no show is defined as:
no showing completely for a tee time or fewer golfers showing than were booked
No-Show Fees:
For each no-show player booked by a member a no-show fee of $25
will be charged to the credit card used to confirm the booking.
(The booker is completely responsible for the tee time booked)
Examples:
Booking for 1 to 4 golfers and no one checks in
Checking in with fewer golfers than were booked
Late cancellations less than 2 hours prior to tee time
Golfers will receive an automated email notification when a No-Show mark is applied to a reservation.
Member Cancellation Policy:
2 hour notice is requested if you are cancelling a tee time or altering the number of players. Instances where the booking needs to be amended, we ask that the Member who made the booking amend the reservation prior to arriving at the club. Members who do not follow the booking policies will be subject to the following:
1st Written/Email warning
2nd No Show charge of $25 per vacant player
3rd Suspension of advanced booking privileges
