“We hosted our annual golf tournament at the Bear Creek Golf Club. Leading up to the event all staff were helpful, easy to get a hold of and able to accommodate our many requests.  The day of the event was met with torrential down pours and the game had to be called off twice but each time the staff at the course were nothing short of accommodating.  The golf course was able to adapt to this change of schedule and ensure that all of our guests were well cared for in their amazing new venue.  The venue is one of GP’s finest and not only had ample room for all of our guests and auction set ups but it is fully equipped with technology to ensure that we were able to play videos and slideshows throughout the night.

“Our Wedding was such a dream come true! In large part thanks to Sandi, Maddie and all of their incredible staff. The staff at Bear Creek were always professional, helpful and kind. Our day went so smoothly thanks to their efforts. The facility itself is gorgeous with the most beautiful natural light that comes in from the windows and deck doors. We are so happy that without much effort the facility as it is captured the fun, warm and intimate wedding we had been striving for. Many of our guests made comments about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff were. Our meal and midnight lunch were very delicious and received rave reviews from everyone. The chef was amazing! We were ecstatic to learn that he was willing to accommodate vegan guests attending as well. It must be said that our guests vegan meal was one of the best he’s had.
