We welcome groups on the weekend as well as during the week so you can choose a day and a time to suit you.

“We hosted our annual golf tournament at the Bear Creek Golf Club. Leading up to the event all staff were helpful, easy to get a hold of and able to accommodate our many requests. The day of the event was met with torrential down pours and the game had to be called off twice but each time the staff at the course were nothing short of accommodating. The golf course was able to adapt to this change of schedule and ensure that all of our guests were well cared for in their amazing new venue. The venue is one of GP’s finest and not only had ample room for all of our guests and auction set ups but it is fully equipped with technology to ensure that we were able to play videos and slideshows throughout the night. “
